Return Policy
Returns are simple. If you wish to return your purchase for any reason follow the guidelines below within thirty days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to process the request. Ship your return package to the address listed below:

- Items purchased online may be returned by mail, courier or in person
- Merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Returns by mail must include name and address
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
- BCHBC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Damaged , Defective, or Wrong Items:
If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call us immediately at 604 856 1396. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
