Shuswap Chapter News
Winterfest 2010

The second annual Shuswap Chapter Winterfest was held on February 7, 2010 at Gardom Lake and a good time was had by all. Despite early worries that the unusually warm January would prevent use of the lake, the day dawned crisp and clear and the lake ice was solid.  We played horseshoes, bocce, ate smokies and consumed much mulled wine and cider.  It was declared a success and plans are already in motion to host a 3rd Annual Winterfest in 2011.
